New Sign Proposed For Wrexham’s Racecourse Ground

Glyndwr University have put in a planning application for a new sign to be put on the Mold Road Stand at the Racecourse Ground.

The sign, as seen above, is part of the university’s re-branding of the ground as the Glyndwr University Racecourse Stadium.

It is believed that the former Eric Roberts Stand is also be renamed the Glyndwr University Stand as it appears on the list of stands on the Wrexham FC season ticket price listing.

The university bought the Racecourse for £1.8million from former Wrexham FC owners Geoff Moss and Ian Roberts last August.
