Secondary School Open Evenings

Wrexham’s secondary schools will be opening their doors in September and October to parents and carers of year 6 pupils to help them choose a secondary school for their child.

Open Evenings will take place in all secondary schools as follows:

Ysgol Rhosnesni, 18th September between 5 pm and 7 pm.

Ysgol Rhiwabon, Wednesday 25 September 6.30 – 8.30.

Ysgol Clywedog, 25 September between 6.00 pm and 8.00 pm.

St Joseph’s Catholic and Anglican High School, 26 September 17.00pm – 20.00pm. Parents and carers are advised that it is important to attend one of the keynote address sessions which start at 18.10 and 19.10 prompt.

Ysgol y Grango, 26 September between 6.00 pm – 8.00 pm.

Ysgol Morgan Llwyd, 1 October 6.30pm – 8.00 pm. Immersion class Open Evening takes place on Monday 23 September 6.30 pm – 8.30 pm.

Maelor School Penley, 1st October 7.00 – 9.00 and 2 October any time during school day.

Darland High School, 3rd October between 10.45 am and 12.30 pm, 1.45 pm and 3.00 pm and 6.30 pm – 8.30 pm.

Ysgol Bryn Alyn, 11 October, various tours all day with activities between 6.00 pm and 8.00 pm

St Christopher’s School, 10th October between 2.00 and 6.00 pm
