Emergency services were called to an incident on the A483 northbound earlier this morning.

Just before 8:00am this morning a number of people contacted us via Twitter regarding a road traffic collision near the Rossett turn off.

It is reported the incident involved three vehicles and an over turned car on the junction between Llay Road and Wrexham Road.

It is reported that police were diverting traffic through Rossett for a brief period.

One person has been in touch to say there were five police cars and two ambulances at the scene.

Traffic is moving slowly northbound towards Chester , with some going the wrong way up slip roads to avoid the problems.

More as we have it….
