Robbery At Bargain Booze In Rhosddu

Police are appealing for information to trace four men who robbed an off licence shop in Wrexham.

The incident happened at around 9.45pm on Friday November 22 when four men entered the Bargain Booze store in East Avenue, Rhosddu armed with a knife and a metal bar.

No one was injured during the incident and the offenders made off with cash and cigarettes.

Detective Inspector Arwyn Jones said: “We are studying CCTV footage and we are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen a white transit van and a dark coloured car which were seen to leave the area just after the robbery.”

“The men are described as wearing balaclavas and tracksuit trousers. Three had grey coats and one was wearing a blue scarf across his face.”
