Road reopens after crash between Ruabon and Halton Roundabout

Update 4:28pm Following that update, Traffic Wales have said the road has just reopened in both directions.

Update 4:25pm Traffic Wales have published the above image from the incident, adding ” Emergency Services still on scene. Road currently closed in both directions awaiting clean up. Severe congestion. Please avoid area.”

Digital traffic sensors are indicating long delays on the A483 and A5 as a result:

Motorists are being warned of a crash between Ruabon and the Halton Roundabout.

Both carriageways are partially blocked as a result of the incident.

As a result there are long delays in both directions
