Christmas is less than a month away and this year Rhosnesni Scouts are getting ready to sell real Christmas Trees and wreaths to the people of Wrexham.

The trees will be on sale at the Scout Hut, Dean Road, Rhosnesni every weekend throughout December until Christmas (3rd and 4th, 10th and 11th and the 17th) between 9am and 3pm.

Rhosnesni Scout Group has been selling trees, both through orders and sales outside their hut since 2010 and sales – using funds to pay for the upkeep of their building, activity equipment purchases and to subsidise costs for members from less well-off backgrounds.

In 2015 the Christmas Tree sales funded the new fence around the Scout Hut in Rhosnesni. This year the Rhosnesni Scout Group are having some much needed work done to replace the walls of the building.

Prices range from £30 for a 4ft tree to £45 for a 7ft tree and £8.50 for wreathes. The trees are top quality non-drop Nordman Firs which will last you throughout the festive season. Home delivery of the trees can also be arranged.

All proceeds made from the Christmas Trees and wreaths will go to 1st Rhosnesni Scout Group
