Motorists travelling on the A5 on Wednesday morning are being advised of potential delays as police escort the transportation of abnormal loads in the area.

North Wales Police Roads Policing Unit issued the message this afternoon, stating that there may be potential delays just after 9am tomorrow as officers help escort an abnormal load from the Halton roundabout.

This will then be travelling through Llangollen, Corwen, Cerrigydrudion, Pentrefoelas and onto Brenig.
