Police seize vehicle from driver on his way to court for driving offences

A driver on his way to court for driving offences had his car seized by police this morning after he was found to have no insurance.

PC Thomas Hough said the vehicle was seized under Section 165 and recovered.

He added that the driver was “promptly take to court by us to prevent a warrant for his arrest.”
