North Wales Police are renewing their appeal for help tracing a 40-year-old man missing from the Wrexham area.

Dean Peter Rutter has not been seen since the evening of Thursday 17th December 2015 when he spoke with a neighbour.

He is described as being around 6’10” tall, stocky build with short receding, mousy brown hair and blue eyes. He speaks with a North West accent and wears glasses.

Sergeant Tom Barrett of Rhosllanerchrugog Police Station said: “I am appealing for anyone who has sighted Mr Rutter, or knows of his whereabouts, to contact the police.

“There is some information Mr Rutter may have travelled to other parts of Wales and so we’d extend our request to the whole of the country. No one has had any contact from him for 7 days and we are becoming increasingly concerned.”

Anyone who has any information should contact police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 and quote or 14596. Alternatively, contact the control room direct via the new web live chat.
