UPDATE 9:55pm: The NPAS helicopter unit from Barton have issued the first official information about what has been occuring saying they aided North Wales Police responding to reports of ‘poachers in possession of a shotgun’ with area searched ‘with no trace’.

The police helicopter has been assisting several ground units, described by eye witnesses as ‘well equipped’ and wearing ‘body armour’ near a Caergwrle car park.

Another told us of ‘armed police’ by Abermorddu School by Cymau Lane, saying they saw two unmarked cars patrolling the area along with marked units up towards Cymau.
