Police appeal after three men “threatened staff with knives” at Garden Village Co-op

Police are appealing for witnesses after the Co-Op in Garden Village was robbed.

Three men entered the convenience store on Chester Road shortly before 10pm on Bank Holiday Monday and threatened staff at with knives.

A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: “We received a call at 21:58 on Monday evening regarding an incident at the Co-Op store on Chester Road in Garden Village.

“Three males entered the premises and threatened the staff with knives. They subsequently made off with a quantity of cash.

“Anyone with information is asked to contact North Wales Police on 101 or via the live webchat quoting ref. X055075.”
