Police appeal after reports of a man “indecently exposing himself” on two separate occasions in Llay

Police are appealing for information after reports of a man “indecently exposing himself” on two separate occasions in Llay.

The first incident was reported at 12:25pm on Sunday 26th January after two people witnessed a man exposing himself on Llay New Road shortly after 1am that morning.

Information posted on social media after the incident, said the two 16-year-olds were walking home after a party that evening when a man exposed himself and started following them.

The post added that the teenagers “managed to outrun him but the ordeal has left them shaken and extremely upset.”

A further incident took place on Monday night in the Shones Lane area when a man approached a girl who was walking home.

The man reportedly exposed himself and began following the individual.

Information posted online states that the man was wearing a black jacket, joggers with a beanie style hat

North Wales Police are now appealing for anyone who has any further information about either incident to contact them on 101 quoting either reference number Y011776 or Y016069.
