Petrol Theft From Car In Cefn Mawr

Police are appealing for information after petrol was drained from a car parked in a lay-by in Cefn Mawr.

The petrol was stolen sometime between 7.30pm on Saturday 30th November and 10am on Monday 2nd December, when the vehicle was parked in the lay-by on the High Street in Cefn Mawr.

Unknown offenders are believed to have damaged the petrol tank with a sharp implement and then drained the petrol out.

Anyone who may have information relating to the incident is asked to contact the Police Investigation Support Team on 101. Alternatively call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
