Traders interested in finding out more about how to get involved with the upcoming Wrexham Food & Drink Festival are being invited to an open evening event later this month.

The festival, which is this year being relaunched by a team of Wrexham based businesses*, will return to Llwyn Isaf on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd September.

Organisers are promising a “bigger and better” festival than ever before, with food challenges, live cookery demonstrations, food and drink stalls, live entertainment and extended Saturday opening hours which will take the event through until the early evening.

Potential (and existing) vendors and exhibitors interested in finding out more about the event are being invited to an informal gathering at Tŷ Pawb (the former Peoples Market on Market Street) on Thursday 28th June from 6:30pm.

The evening will consist an informal get together to discuss all aspects of the upcoming event and how to get involved and secure your pitches.

In true food and drink festival fashion, there will even be some refreshments and food supplied by the team Plât Bach within Tŷ Pawb.

Organisers Sam Regan and Alex Jones said: “The event is being put on as an opportunity for exhibitors to meet the new team behind Wrexham Food & Drink Festival.

“We would like to invite anyone who may be interested, to come along and have a chat about getting involved. Whether your a first time, or experienced exhibitor, we’d love to meet you.”
