Nominations Open For Wrexham Area Civic Society Awards 2017

Nominations for this year’s annual Wrexham Area Civic Society Awards are now open.

For many years the Wrexham Area Civic Society has hosted the award evening which recognises and celebrates prominent projects across the county borough.

Nominations for the following award categories are now open:

– New build
– Architectural Conservation (eg farm buildings, war memorials, chapel conversions)
– Regeneration (eg updated use of public or church buildings for community benefit)
– Landscape or Environmental Improvement (eg landscaping of a derelict site, creation or restoration of public open space or playground, or installation of public art)
– Sustainability (for a new or refurbished building with innovative ideas for enhanced environmental sustainability)
