Two vacant properties in and around Wrexham Town Centre have been filled with new independent and local businesses over the past two weeks.

Last week new cafe ‘Hoffi Koffi‘ opened in the former Julian Graves store on Lord Street, which had previously been vacant since the store’s closure a few years ago.

Hoffi Koffi is an independent run business and despite only being in its fourth day of trading, has received a lot of praise online and from customers instore.

The cafe specialises in freshly baked breads and pastries, freshly made sandwiches and toasties and of course, coffee! Free Wi-Fi and USB portals for phone charging / laptop use are also available.

Earlier this afternoon Wrexham.com popped down to see what was on offer (we opted for a chicken and pesto sandwich and a slice of Bara Brith!) both the tables inside and outside the cafe were full with people.

Also new to the town is Bella Boutique, which celebrated its grand opening on Bridge Street on Saturday 25th July.

The store specialises in celebrity inspired fashion for women – including boutique dresses, jewellery, dresses and jeans and leggings. In the store itself there are also pictures of the celebrities who have inspired the clothes on offer.

Described as a ‘Trendy Ladies Boutique’ the store is open Monday 10am-4:15pm and Tuesday-Saturday 10:00am–5:00pm.

More details on Bella Boutique and what the store has to offer can be found on their Facebook page here.
