Motorists warned of delays after A483 collision

Update: The road has since reopened however large queues remain on all routes connecting to the ‘posthouse’ roundabout.

Cheshire Police confirmed the incident related to a “collision between three vehicles, a black Mazda, a silver Toyota Yaris and a HGV”.

Motorists are being warned of delays on the A483 following a road traffic collision.

North West Motorway Police say that officers are dealing with an incident on the southbound carriageway, near to Belgrave.

Traffic is described as being “currently static between the A55 and the first set of traffic lights on the A483.”
