Motorists are being urged to make sure they don’t leave tools and valuables in their vehicles overnight.

It comes after a series of van break-ins across Wrexham night.

Tools were stolen from vans in Dee Park Holt, Waverely Crescent Rossett and High Street Gresford.

A lap top stolen was also taken from a car in Egerton Walk Garden Village.

Police say: “Leave nothing on display, remove valuables and check you have locked your vehicle.”
