More items have been thrown at cars from the Pandy footbridge at vehicles on the A483 Wrexham bypass.

Yesterday we were told “Be careful when driving up A483 by Pandy as youths were on bridge the throwing rocks earlier today.”

Earlier today Wrexham.com were told by an eyewitness of a similar incident earlier today (Sunday) of a small group of teenagers throwing items from the same place.

Since then a third eyewitness has been in touch to say they saw ‘three lads throwing stuff off the bridge by Pandy’, and then they ran off. An attempt was made to get a picture of them, however was not possible. We were passed the descriptions of them being one person 5’9″ blond hair, aged approximately 16 wearing a red hoodie, the second person 5’0 dark hair, aged around 14 wearing a black polo top and the third 5’0 dark hair, around 12 years old wearing a horizontal striped black top.

Last Sunday we reported on how a car window was smashed in a similar location. Sadly after that story we had several accounts passed to us of incidents on or near the bypass, including one where someone was ‘dangling’ from a bridge around midnight, with others recounting how objects had been thrown.
