It’s Christmas Day! After months of preparation, shopping, present wrapping and eating a few mince pies – the big day has finally arrived.

Perhaps you are reading this on a new gadget, waiting for a turkey to finish roasting, checking if it is too windy to fly that mini-drone outside, or about to open your second selection pack of the day; we hope your Christmas Day is a cracker.

We’d like to wish our readers a Merry Christmas and thank you all for your forum posts, tweets, emails, Facebook comments, more tweets and phone calls throughout the year. Your continued interest in Wrexham, witty comments, observations, love of fallen over bins, all things snow related and shared interest in letting people know when the police helicopter is up despite being able to hear it make all this worthwhile :)

So Merry Christmas to everyone reading this today and over the festive period, we truly hope you have a good Christmas in whatever way that is for you….Now go and have another Quality Street for us!
