Man Taken to Hospital Following Collision Near Erddig Hall

A man has been taken to hospital following a road traffic collision near Erddig Hall this morning.

Emergency services were called to the collision shortly before 11:30am this morning.

North Wales Police later tweeted to say that diversions were in place via Bersham, with Hafod Road closed for a short time while emergency services attended the scene.

A spokesperson for Welsh Ambulance Service said: “We were called at approximately 11.25am to reports of a road traffic collision involving a cyclist near Erddig Hall, Wrexham.

“We sent a crew in an emergency ambulance and a man was taken to Wrexham Maelor Hospital in a stable condition.”
