Man dies following fire at property in Wrexham

A man has sadly died following a fire at a property in Wrexham earlier this afternoon.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service was called to a report of a fire at a property in Crescent Close, Wrexham at 12.21pm.

Two appliances attended to the incident and breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet were used to tackle the fire.

Sadly a man died in the incident.

A joint investigation by North Wales Fire and Rescue Service and North Wales Police is now underway.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service say there are no more details available at present.
