Man arrested after crashing into taxi in town centre

A man has been arrested after crashing into a taxi in Wrexham town centre last night.

Earlier today NWP Custody East reported about the arrest, with a spokesperson for North Wales Police confirming to Wrexham.com that the incident took place at 12:23am on Abbot Street.

The man has since been charged with failing to provide a sample of breath for analysis at the police station.

NWP Custody East added that the man will appear in court and that a ban is likely to follow.
