A new Sainsburys store has been given the go ahead down the road in Llangollen, in a development due to create over 100 jobs in the area.

The store will be built on the Dobson and Crowther site, on right hand side off the A5 just as you leave Llangollen.

The deciding planning meeting was held this morning to discuss and vote on the controversial plans.

Local hyperlocal ‘LlanBlogger’ has a very detailed report from this mornings meeting – click here to read it.
