Proposals for the construction of six new houses and a new access road in Borras have been submitted to the Council.

The application requests permission for combination of houses on that land adjacent to Cherry Hill Nursery, which can be accessed from Daleside Avenue.

At present the land is vacant but is sometimes used by the adjacent nursery.

In total there would be a ‘pair’ of semi detached houses and a ‘block of four two storey units’. Landscaping / private gardens are also included as part of the development.

It is not stated in the application how many bedrooms each of the houses would have.

Two parking spaces would also be provided for each of the properties.
