Street Evacuation As Caia Park House Destroyed In Fire

A house has been left completly gutted after a fire broke out in Caia Park.

People were evacuated from the terraced property in Pentre Gwyn after a fire broke out at around at 12:12am.

We have been told that people from the whole row of houses had to be evacuated. However thankfully there were no casualties.

A number of people contacted us in the early hours of this morning regarding the incident, with Charlotte taking the pictures in this article.

One person tweeted to say that two properties to the rear of the fire had been damaged as well, while another tweeted to say that ‘thankfully everyone was evacuated’.

We have been told three crews attended the scene.

North Wales Police have told us there is a ‘joint investigation’ ongoing with the fire service to determine the cause of the fire.
