Staff from Hafren Dyfrdwy will be on hand in Wrexham town centre for the next three days to talk to customers about bills.

Over the next new weeks some Hafren Dyfrdwy customers will start to receive their very first water bill from the company.

To coincide with this the company will be in Wrexham from 10am to 4pm between today and Friday afternoon to speak to people and explain how they can get help with their bills if they need it.

Customers will be able to chat with teams from the company from 10am to 4pm each day at the following locations:

· Wednesday 13th February, Queens Square, Wrexham

· Thursday 14th February, Ty Pawb, Market Street, Wrexham LL13 8BY

· Friday 15th February, Queens Square, Wrexham

Louise Moir, customer lead for the company, said staff members had already spoken to a number of customers about their water bills.

“When we moved from being Dee Valley Water to Hafren Dyfrdwy last year, it was a big change for some people,” explained Louise.

“We have already spoken to a lot of our customers about the changes but the coming weeks will be the first time that some customers will get a bill from us.

“These bills will look and feel a bit different to their old style bills so we will be on hand to answer any questions customers have.

“Now, they may be the cheapest bills in Wales, but we know that some people may still be struggling so we people to know that there’s help available from our friendly team.

“We really want to talk to as many people as possible – whether they are struggling and we can help them with their bill, or even if people just want to have a chat – we’re here to help.”

Louise added: “Looking after our customers is very important to us, and our teams are really looking forward to chatting with people face to face, so please do come and find us and see how we can help.

“But don’t worry if you can’t make any of those dates, there’s loads of information on our new website hdcymruoff.co.uk.

“You can sign up to manage your account online, meaning you can make a payment, set up a direct debit, move house and much more, any time of the day or night.

“You can also follow us on Twitter @hdcymru or check out our Facebook page to find out about what we’re up to.”
