Front Door In Wrexham ‘Shot At’ Last Night

Police are appealing for witnesses after the front door of a property was shot at in Wrexham.

At 22:31 last night Police officers responded to a report that the door of the property on Field View in Caia had been ‘hit’ after being ‘shot at’.

Detective Inspector Jackie Downes said: “Thankfully nobody has been injured however the occupants of the property have been left shaken by this incident.

“We have launched an investigation and Police Officers remain in the area. We are appealing for anybody who may have witnessed suspicious behaviour in or around Field View, or to anybody who may have witnessed the incident to contact us.”

Police Officers remain on patrol in the vicinity and anybody with information that could assist the investigation is asked to contact North Wales Police via the 101 number quoting reference number V073910.
