Free women’s gym and swimming sessions launch in Wrexham tonight!

Do you want to be able to run or walk 5km? Get started in the gym? Or take up swimming? Then make sure you pencil in an hour or two for Monday nights!

Starting every Monday from tonight (September 25th), Get Out Get Active, run by Wrexham Council’s Active Wrexham department, will be offering the following, ladies-only, sessions for free:

– 0-5k Walk to Run session at Queensway Stadium, 6.30-7.30pm (call the number below to book)
– Gym session at Queensway Stadium, 6.30-8.30pm
– Swimming at Waterworld, 8-9.30pm
– Swimming at Gwyn Evans, 8-9pm

All sessions are held at Freedom Leisure facilities and are inclusive activities for ladies of all abilities. You even get a free leisure card and t-shirt.
