Free swimming sessions for under 16s in Wrexham this half-term

Under 16s in Wrexham will be able to enjoy free swimming at three of Wrexham’s leisure centres this half-term.

Freedom Leisure – which operates Waterworld, Chirk Leisure Centre and Gwyn Evans on behalf of Wrexham Council – has confirmed that its popular free swimming sessions will return for the October half-term.

The sessions are available to under 16s at the following times and locations:-

Chirk Leisure and Activity Centre

  • Tuesday 1pm – 2pm
  • Sunday 1pm – 2pm
  • Friday – Family Swim Day 12.30 pm – 1.30pm

Waterworld

  • Tuesday 11 am – 12pm
  • Thursday 1pm – 2pm
  • Saturday 3pm – 4pm
  • Waterpolo Wednesday 3.14pm – 4pm

Gwyn Evans Leisure and Activity Centre

  • Tuesday 2.30pm – 3.30pm
  • Thursday 1.45pm – 2.45pm
  • Sunday 1pm – 2pm
