Fourth Person Arrested In Connection With Caia Murder

A fourth person has been arrested in connection with the murder of a 25 year old man in Caia at the weekend.

The 28 year old man was arrested this afternoon and is police custody. A 53 year old man, a 54 year-old woman and a 35 year old woman were arrested over the weekend and remain in police custody at St Asaph.

The 25 year old victim, who has yet to be formally identified, was pronounced dead outside an address in Deva Way Wrexham in the early hours of Saturday October 11.

Detective Inspector Mark Hughes said: “I would like to reassure the community that a full and thorough investigation is underway.

“We have high visibility patrols in the area and I would appeal to anyone who may have information which may assist our investigation to speak to an officer or to contact North Wales Police on 101 or anonymously on Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
