A husband and wife team have launched the first vegetarian takeaway in North Wales.

Located on Glan Llyn Road, Bradley, the ‘Harvest Vegetarian Kitchen’ offers fully vegetarian and vegan Chinese meals.

Operated by husband and wife team Jane and Martin Lee have operated a well-established Chinese takeaway on the site for 27 years.

However the move to a meat-free menu means it is the first vegetarian takeaway in North Wales.

Speaking about the new businesses, Jane told Wrexham.com: “We serve delicious and healthy Chinese meat-free meals.

“The menu consists of the same popular recipes and dishes our customers have enjoyed over the years. The only difference is that we have replaced the meat and any meat produce with vegetarian, wheat, and soya ingredients. We’ve worked hard to retain and re-create the flavours and textures of all of our signature dishes.

“From appetisers to main meals and side portions, our extensive vegetarian menu will have something for everyone. They are delicious, healthy, and meat-free. Great for vegan, vegetarians and meat-lovers.”

She added: “Whether you are one of our regular and loyal customers, or someone who is looking for tasteful and exciting Chinese vegetarian dishes, we invite you to come and explore the choices on our menu. We are sure you’ll be able to find something you’ll love and enjoy.”

The Harvest Vegetarian Kitchen is located on Glan Llyn Road, Bradley, Wrexham. LL11 4BB and is
closed Monday / Tuesday, open 5pm – 9pm Wednesday – Saturday and 7pm- 9pm on Sundays.

Further information can be found on the Harvest Vegetarian Kitchen website.
