There is the chance to become a Dementia Friend in Wrexham next month.

A free information session on how you can help support people living with dementia will take place at the Wrexham Library on Wednesday 7th August

There are 850,000 people living with dementia in the UK and this number is expected to rise to 1 million by 2021

Even the smallest actions can make a difference and workers and residents (including Wrexham.com!) have attended these sessions to learn out more.

The session is free to attend and will take place between 1 and 2pm on August 7th.
