Plans to convert an empty shop into an estate agents on Eagles Meadow have been given the go ahead.

The application for the change of use of units 32 and 33, St George’s Crescent, were submitted on behalf of Northwood Wrexham in June.

The unit, which is located alongside the St George’s Crescent entrances of Debenhams and Next, was previously used as store selling fitted kitchens and tiles. However it has been vacant since late 2016.

Now the plans have been approved via a delegated decision by the council’s head of environment and planning, Lawrence Isted.
