Emergency services attend crash by Four Dogs pub

Update: Recovery has been completed and the road has reopened.

Emergency services are attending a collision on Chester Road this evening.

David told us three police vehicles and an ambulance attended the incident, that appeared to involve two vehicles.

The collision seriously damaged one vehicle, and left debris on the road.

Traffic is not affected by the incident.

As of 10:45pm the road has been temporarily closed for recovery work
