Eagles Meadow Bauble Smashing

Over the past few days a number of smashed Christmas baubles have been found at the back of Eagles Meadow.

A few weeks ago Eagles Meadow put up their Christmas tree and decorations at the ‘entrance’ of the shopping centre. The baubles themselves are attached to the tree by string / wire, however it would seem a number of baubles have managed to ‘get loose’ and end up on the areas surrounding Eagles Meadow.

We first noticed some bauble ‘shatterings’ on the road behind Eagles Meadow last week. However over the past few days have also found pieces of baubles on the steps leading to the Wynnstay and even an un-smashed bauble in Halfords car park, which we would guess is impossible for it to end up there by itself.

We first noticed the smashed baubles near the entrance to Eagles Meadow car park, where there was a trail of purple glitter shards on the road that leads up to the opening of the car park. Some more baubles have been found underneath the Eagles Meadow bridge, which is presumably where they have fallen from.

Pieces of ‘crushed’ baubles have also been spotted on the road, which we are guessing has been caused by cars driving over them! A similar situation happened last year when baubles from Eagles Meadow were found in walkways, behind brick pillars and the loading bay of Eagles Meadow.
