Premises in Wrexham town centre have been ‘celebrating’ after a fully booked weekend last weekend, however they have issued a reminder for people to book ahead and to respect covid rules.

Following the first weekend after the firebreak ended, the Local Authority and North Wales Police commended the venues on how well they were managed in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to the Covid guidelines.

A message from the Wrexham Town Nightsafe Partnership has since been issued, “If you are planning a night out this weekend – don’t be disappointed. Check online with the premises you wish to visit, book your table and enjoy your evening.”

“We will be enforcing social distancing in the queues outside our pubs in the town centre and will not be admitting any one who does not queue in a responsible manner.”

“Don’t be left out in the cold – Book ahead!”
