Dirty Water In Coedpoeth After Fire Service Use Hydrant

There has been reports of lower pressure and ‘dirty water’ around Coedpoeth this evening.

Dee Valley Water have explained the issue saying: ” North Wales Fire and Rescue have had to use a hydrant for emergency purposes in Heol Cadfan, Coedpoeth.

“It is possible following it’s use that some properties may get discoloured water. Although unsightly, it is not believed to be harmful to health.

“If you do experience discoloured water in this and surrounding streets of Coedpoeth, please run your cold kitchen tap until it clears. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
