Council market Redwither Business Centre for £700k
Agents Legat Owen has announced it has been instructed to market the former Redwither Business Centre site at Wrexham Industrial Estate on behalf of Wrexham County Borough Council.
The 1.56 hectares (3.87 acres) development site includes a detached 2-story office building of 855.12 sq m (9,200 sq ft) with planning permission granted to demolish.
The brochure details a “Large dedicated tarmacaddam car park area” as part of the self-contained site.
The property is offered for sale by informal tender with written offers invited by 12 noon on Monday 19th February 2024, with offers invited in the region of £700k.
