A popular ‘Continental Food Market’ has returned to Wrexham town centre.

Over the next two days a number of market stalls will occupy Queens Square, offering cuisines from around the globe.

Running from 9.30am – 5.00pm, the Continental Market began yesterday, with many shoppers stopping to pick up some tasty treats.

On offer at the market is freshly made, authentic cusine, including Asian noodles, American street food, Spanish churos, paella and much more! We spotted a fair few people stopping by a few stalls to pick up their lunch for the day!

There are also stalls stocking confectionery, cheeses and some of the biggest and most brightly coloured candyfloss we have ever seen!

Continental-Festival-Eight

Along with food, stalls specialising in clothing, gifts and garden ornaments are also available. There’s also a giant stuffed alpaca on the square – which we initially mistook for a llama!
