A team of local chiropractors have raised hundreds of pounds in aid of a Wrexham-based hospice.

Staff at Back to Health Clinic, on Grosvenor Road, held a coffee morning this month for Nightingale House Hospice.

It was opened and attended by Mayor of Wrexham Councillor Andy Williams.

The event helped to raise £500 for Nightingale House Hospice, which provides vital support and assistance to the local community.

A spokesperson for Back to Health Clinic, said: “The coffee morning was held at the current clinic on Grosvenor Road where we have expanded since our early days and now offer chiropractic, osteopathic, physiotherapy, acupuncture, sports massage and reflexology treatments.

“We’ve been supporting Nightingale House for many years as we are in awe of the amazing work they do providing specialist care services free of charge to patients and their families across North Wales and Cheshire.

“As part of this we will be continuing to sell their Christmas cards across our three clinics to continue our fund raising.

“We’d like to thank Freyja Medical, Greggs, Hickory’s Wrexham and the staff at Back to Health for all their donations and volunteering which made the Coffee Morning such a lovely successful day.”
