Bin collections taking place as normal over August Bank Holiday

Bin collections will take place over the Bank Holiday weekend as normal, Wrexham Council have confirmed.

The local authority had previously announced that waste collections throughout next week would take place a day later than normal.

However collections will now place as normal over the Bank Holiday weekend.

A spokesperson for Wrexham Council said: “Our refuse and recycling crews will be working on Monday, August 28.

“If your collection day is on Monday, please put your general waste, recycling and food waste out to be collected.”
