Bellevue FC, Wales’ first and award winning, league registered, multi-ethnic inclusion football team is looking to expand next season with the addition of 3 new teams.

As well as the successful men’s team that has been playing league football since 2017, our women’s team will now be playing league football, and we will also be establishing an under 12’s and under 10’s squads.

Club founder Delwyn ‘Sheep’ Derek said: “At Bellevue FC, our success comes with providing league football opportunities to those from perceived adverse backgrounds, or those from backgrounds of social poverty.

“We’re looking for people with big hearts rather than people who complain about ‘small boats’ to help us to grow the club.

“Expanding our teams will help us do more good in our wonderful community and help us to engage with more Wrexhamites from BAME backgrounds including refugees, asylum seekers, economic and education migrants.”

“Sustaining our current teams, and introducing the new squads doesn’t come cheap. So if you are a business or organisation and you think you could provide sponsorship we would love to hear from you.

“Please contact club secretary Sam Mullins on [email protected] if you would like more information about sponsorship opportunities.”

Bellevue is fully inclusive and also offers opportunities to local people with mental health issues, learning difficulties, people with minor disabilities and everyone else who’s ever experienced a barrier participating in the sport in the area.
