An appeal for information has been launched after a bike was stolen from outside a property in Caergwrle.

Police say the theft took place in the Wrexham Road area and that the bike had a lock wrapped around the handle bars with a silver and blue padlock.

The bike is described as being a Richmond vertigo 700c, 14 speed, and black and red in colour.

The bar grips have slackened on both sides and the back wheel was replaced and is a ‘Mad speed 7 wheel’.

There are also Bell Radian bike lights on the front.

Any further information should be reported to North Wales Police on 101 quoting OWL CYMRU RC17154610
