Appeal launched after burglary in Chirk

An appeal has been launched after a burglary in Chirk.

Police say the incident took place in the Highfields area at around 10:30pm on Wednesday 3rd June.

In a statement, NWP Wrexham Rural said: “If anyone saw any suspicious activity, persons on foot or vehicles.

“Or come across any discarded property, including two suitcases containing clothing.

“We do not believe the offenders live locally within the village.

“Please contact us and quote incident number Y079869.”
