Appeal for witnesses following two vehicle collision near Plas Coch

An appeal for witnesses has been launched following a two vehicle collision in Wrexham yesterday.

The collision, which involved a black VW and a light blue Fiat 500, took place on the roundabout on Plas Coch Road / entrance to Plas Coch Retail Park at around 2:25pm on Thursday November 30th.

Police, paramedics and the fire service were called to the incident, which involved the Fiat 500 ending up upside down on its roof.

A road closure was in place for over an hour while emergency services attended the scene.

One person was later taken to the Wrexham Maelor Hospital as result of the collision.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any further information is advised to contact North Wales Police on 101 quoting reference number RC17180889.
