An appeal has been launched after a brick was thrown through a police station window.

The criminal damage at Coedpoeth police station was reported shortly before 7:30am this morning.

Superintendent Paul Jones tweeted the above image earlier today and stated: “I have no idea why anybody would brick the window of Coedpoeth police station but they should be ashamed of themselves.”

Any information about the incident can be reported to North Wales Police on 101 or via the live webchat system quoting reference number Y074385.
