Air ambulance lands in Gwersyllt

Update 11:50am: The Welsh Ambulance Service have told us: “We were called todayat approximately 9.40am to an incident in the Gwersyllt area of Wrexham.

“We responded with one emergency ambulance and an air ambulance, where one patient was taken to Maelor General Hospital, Wrexham.”

Update 11:30am: The Welsh Ambulance Service have not as yet responded to our enquiry.

The air ambulance left the area around 15 minutes after arriving, appearing to head back to its base in Welshpool.

The Welsh Air Ambulance has landed on the playing field by Ysgol Heulfan in Gwersyllt at 10:15am this morning.
