One person airlifted to hospital after multi vehicle crash by Llandegla

Update: Police have said one person has been airlifted to hospital after the three vehicle collision adding, “The road is moving but please approach with caution”.

The A5104 has been partially closed to traffic this evening due to an incident involving two or three vehicles.

Simon Clemence from the nearby Pondarosa cafe has said, “Bad crash by the roundabout Llandegla side involving two cars and a motorcycle. Air ambulance is at the scene. Please avoid the area if possible and seek alternative routes home. Stay safe.”

Another person who passed the scene of the incident told us one vehicle involved was a 4×4, and described the scene as a ‘serious’ accident.
