Yesterday we reported on the police searches that took place in and around Acton Park.

Today the Police have quashed rumours that have been circulating locally telling us there was not a serious incident there. This includes the rumours of murders, stabbings and someone being found in the lake, all of which surfaces on social networking sites overnight.

The Police repeated yesterdays information, that is to say they responded to an incident yesterday morning however so far there is no evidence of any crime.
